feat: Disable login button during auth flow

Introduce an `inProgress` state in `useAuth` to track when an
authentication operation (login initiation or token exchange)
is actively running.

This state is used to disable the login button in the navigation
bar, preventing users from initiating redundant authentication
requests or interactions while the process is underway.
