Add pagination for web UI key lists (#15)

* feat(ui): add pagination for web UI key lists

- add --server.page-size CLI param (default 50, 0 to disable)
- implement in-memory pagination with prev/next navigation
- add pagination controls on stats line (right side)
- search resets to page 1, sort/view mode preserve page
- add template functions (add, sub) for pagination math
- reduce header spacing for compact layout

* docs: add page-size parameter to README
