Add complete metrics for missing backup nodes.
Missing nodes previously only exported the status metric.
Now all missing nodes export the full set of node-level metrics:
* labels (release_version, server_type, timestamps) show `none`;
* metric values (size, objects, duration) are `0`;
* status is 2 (missing).
Updated  README.
