feat(portfolio): add X-Env testnet header for Zerion API requests (#2806)

* feat(portfolio): add X-Env testnet header for Zerion API requests

Add support for Zerion's testnet API by including the `X-Env: testnet`
header when querying testnet chains. The header is automatically applied
based on the chain's `isTestnet` property.

Changes:
- Update zerion-balances-api.service to use chain.isTestnet
- Update zerion-positions-api.service to use chain.isTestnet
- Update zerion-portfolio-api.service with isTestnet parameter
- Infer isTestnet from chainIds in portfolio API service
- Add separate cache entries for testnet vs mainnet portfolio data
