feat(api): return format-appropriate Content-Type and use token prefix for git author

- GET /kv/{key} now returns Content-Type based on stored format:
  json->application/json, yaml->application/yaml, xml->application/xml,
  toml->application/toml, hcl/ini/text->text/plain, shell->text/x-shellscript
- API requests with Bearer tokens now use "token:XXXXXXXX" (first 8 chars)
  as git commit author instead of default author
- Add tests for Content-Type mapping and token author extraction
