remove vssource.source and its dependencies (#226)

- `vssource.funcs` is removed. This include:
  - `parse_video_filepath`,
  - `source`
- `Indexer` and its subclasses like BestSource, FFMS2 etc. now supports
iterables of path.
- The `ref` and `name` argument from `source` are now part of the
`Indexer.source` signature.
- The `mime` subdmodule is removed. This include
  - `ffprobe `:
    - `FFProbe`
    - `FFProbeAudioStream`
    - `FFProbeNotFoundError`
    - `FFProbeStream`
    - `FFProbeStreamSideData`
    - `FFProbeVideoStream`
  - `file`
    - `FileSignature`
    - `FileSignatures`
    - `FileType`
    - `IndexingType`
    - `ParsedFile`

Since nothing in `vsjetpack` uses the `mime` submodule, it can probably
be removed. But if anyone is actually relying on any of its members for
a good reason, feel free to mention it and we can keep them.
