Feat: Improve repository response  (#1095)

- Refactoring `connected_services` and fixing the refresh token stale read problem (see #1114)
- Change response for "repository metadata" to return more data and more verbose errors
- Changes the endpoint from `/repositories/<the-url>` to `/repository?url=<the-url>` 
- More validation on git urls (urls pointing to git repositories) and fixing trailing slashes
