refactor(SDK): remove billing_id from CreateCheckout API calls

Remove deprecated billing_id parameter from all CreateCheckout calls:
- add-tokens.tsx: Token purchase checkout
- payment-method.tsx: Payment method setup
- billing/index.tsx: Customer portal access
- usePlans.tsx: Plan subscription checkout

Backend now infers billing_id from org_id automatically.

Note: billing_id is kept in callback URL query strings for backward
compatibility with existing callback handlers.
