Remove unused local heightTopBar and heightBottomBar constants

This commit removes the locally defined heightTopBar and heightBottomBar constants from several menu and core component files.

These constants were primarily being used to calculate the screen height for components inside modal/panel elements, but the logic has been updated in MenuDefault.js to use a fixed value (100px) for the total height of the top and bottom bars in CSS calculations, and the constants are removed from the function calls and options destructuring where they are no longer necessary.
