feat: add deployment details (#1060)

- Implemented DeploymentDetails component that displays detailed information
about resource deployment status and events reported by the device
- Added an action button to the Action column that redirects to a page
showing deployment details

These changes allow users to better understand the state of a deployed application and diagnostic what's happening when something's not working in their settings.
