fix: 🐛 Fix updates several instances of raw.githubusercontent.com URLs to use cdn.jsdelivr.net/gh/ instead.

This change is applied in:

manifests/lxd/underpost-setup.sh: NVM installation script URL.

scripts/nvim.sh: vim-plug installation URL.

src/cli/cluster.js: URLs for Calico, local-path-provisioner, and helm installation.

src/client/public/nexodev/docs/references/Getting started.md: NVM installation script URL in documentation.

Additionally, this commit:

Removes commented-out code related to Prometheus installation in src/cli/cluster.js.

Fixes a URL path for the Contour installation in src/cli/cluster.js.
