feat: add dynamic modal height and width based on content

Modal dimensions now adjust dynamically based on value content:
- Width scales with longest line (600-1200px range)
- Height scales with line count (4-18 lines, then scrolls)
- Uses rune count for proper UTF-8 support (Cyrillic, Japanese)
- Both view and edit modals use consistent server-calculated dimensions
