* Add E2E tests for VirtualMCPServer's discovered outgoing auth mode.

Add E2E tests validating VirtualMCPServer's discovered outgoing auth
mode, where the virtual server automatically discovers authentication
configurations from backend MCPServers

* add extra flag to use private ips, fix tests

* fix ci
