#47: Implement lifecycle hooks

- Add IMigrationHooks interface with 10 lifecycle methods
- Implement CompositeHooks for combining multiple hook implementations
- Integrate hooks into MigrationScriptExecutor workflow
- Simplify executeWithHooks() by removing optional chaining
- Add 64 new tests across unit and integration suites
- Refactor test files for maintainability:
  * Split MigrationScriptExecutor.test.ts (1169→613 lines)
  * Create MigrationScriptExecutor.hooks.test.ts (466 lines)
  * Create MigrationScriptExecutor.dependencies.test.ts (178 lines)
- Update IBackupService.backup() to return Promise<string>
