* feat: make midprice order price_cap optional (#346)

Per IBKR documentation, the price cap for midprice orders is optional.
Changed the signature from requiring a price to accepting Option<f64>.

BREAKING CHANGE: midprice() now takes Option<f64> instead of f64

* chore: bump version to 2.2.1
