* fix(shared_types): treat negative indices as offsets; cap delete_range to overlapping bounds

- Treat negative indices as offsets from the end for arrays, text and XML shared types.
- Cap delete_range so only the overlapping portion within array/text bounds is removed, avoiding out-of-range errors.
- Affected: Yex.Array, Yex.Text, Yex.XMLElement, Yex.XMLFragment, Yex.XMLText
