Update default RCSB download host (#178) — Closes #179

## Fix PDB download failures due to RCSB URL migration

This PR updates MIToS.jl to use the **new RCSB PDB download host**, replacing the deprecated:

```
http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/files/
```

RCSB retired this endpoint in 2023, and it now redirects to port 8443, causing CI timeouts such as:

```
RequestError: HTTP/1.1 302 Found 
(Failed to connect to www.rcsb.org port 8443 after 30005 ms: Timeout was reached)
while requesting http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/files/2VQC.xml.gz
```

### New official endpoint

```
https://files.rcsb.org/download/
```

### Summary of changes

* Updated default `baseurl` in `downloadpdb`
* Updated tests using the legacy `/pdb/files/` URLs
