Add Invalid status feature and improve naming conventions

- Add "Invalid" status for properties outside service area (Georgia only)
- Simplify button labels: "Save Changes" → "Save", "Preparing"/"Ready" status
- Update to use camelCase throughout JavaScript layer (frontend/backend API)
- Add monochrome icon-only action buttons (Edit/View) with tooltips
- Display user email on admin property page for reference
- Position status badge inline with property address
- Maintain 100% test coverage with 95 passing tests

Backend changes:
- Frontend sends camelCase to API, backend converts to snake_case for SQL
- API responses return camelCase for consistency
- Add Clerk API integration to fetch user email
