feat: add hostname display in web UI

added --web.hostname CLI flag to display hostname in navbar and settings modal. if not set, falls back to os.Hostname().

changes:
- added Hostname field to Web struct and web.Config/Server/TemplateData
- added resolveHostname() helper function to handle hostname resolution
- updated navbar to show hostname badge next to "Cronn" title
- changed navbar title from "Cronn Dashboard" to "Cronn"
- added hostname display in settings modal Application section
- added .hostname-badge CSS styling with proper spacing
- added Test_resolveHostname() test function
- updated README.md with --web.hostname flag documentation
