Refactor Array sort to use ArraySlice abstraction

This change unifies the sorting implementation by introducing ArraySlice similar to FixedArraySlice. Array sorting functions now use ArraySlice internally, matching the FixedArray pattern. This eliminates code duplication while maintaining the same behavior.
