Add PCA-based noise removal to DxRecords plugin (#62)

* Add PCA-based noise removal to DxRecords plugin

Introduces a configurable principal component analysis (PCA) method for correlated noise removal in the DxRecords plugin. Adds the 'pca_n_components' option, implements the PCA logic, and updates the compute pipeline to apply PCA. Comprehensive tests for the new PCA functionality and its integration with compute are included.

* Improve PCA noise removal for 1D and 2D input

Enhanced the principal component removal function to handle both 1D and 2D timestream data, ensuring correct reshaping and output format. Updated docstring for clarity on input expectations and output shape.

* Fix division by zero in chi-squared calculation

Added protection against division by zero in the chi-squared calculation by replacing zero or very small values in Jf with a small positive value. This ensures numerical stability during computation.

* Safeguard on hit time range

* Update hits.py

* Set PCA components default to 0 in records plugin

Changed the default value of 'pca_n_components' from 4 to 0 in the records plugin options. This affects how principal component analysis is applied to the data.
