feat: Expose deployment campaigns in deployments (#979)

- Deployments expose an optional `DeploymentTarget`. It is a reference to
  the deployment target that created the managed deployment.
- Added a new column to display the associated DeploymentCampaign name
- Implemented a link to the `Deployment Campaign` edit page using
