refactor(transactions): move the transaction module into the new modular architecture. (#2801)

Refactored the `transactions` module from the legacy folder structure to the new modular architecture. This change consolidates all transaction-related code (domain, datasources, and routes) into a single parent directory under `/src/modules/transactions/`, improving code organization and maintainability.
This is a structural refactoring with no functional changes - all existing functionality remains intact, only the file locations and import paths have been updated.
