refactor: Refactor CreateRelease form component (#1049)

- Moved field-specific schemas from CreateRelease file to a centralized
  validation file for better organization
- Replaced duplicate schemas with a single reusable `handleSchema`
- Cleaned up imports, messages, and labels to improve readability
- Fixed FieldHelp placement: moved it below <Form.Control.Feedback>
  Converted previously hardcoded label constants to use `defineMessages`
  from react-int
- Extract ContainerForm into separate component with sectioned
  organization
- Updated FormattedMessage id to follow naming convention of the new file
  after relocating FormattedMessage definitions
