Bump js-yaml and gulp-imagemin

Removes [js-yaml](https://github.com/nodeca/js-yaml). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [gulp-imagemin](https://github.com/sindresorhus/gulp-imagemin). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `js-yaml`

Updates `gulp-imagemin` from 4.0.0 to 9.2.0
