improve tests (#61)

* tests: add multiple unit tests and update test configuration

Add new unit tests:
- tests/unit/test_cudd_iterator.cpp
- tests/unit/test_dot_graph_generator.cpp
- tests/unit/test_graph_render_helpers.cpp
- tests/unit/test_mermaid_graph_generator.cpp
- tests/unit/test_node_id_helpers.cpp
- tests/unit/test_node_table_generator.cpp
- tests/unit/test_teddy_convert.cpp
- tests/unit/test_teddy_iterator.cpp

Also modify:
- tests/CMakeLists.txt (register new tests)
- tests/unit/test_dag_walker.cpp (minor edits)
- include/teddy_convert.hpp (inline fixes during test work)

All tests were run locally during development and pass on the developer machine.

* tests: add negative tests and validators for graph generators and iterators\n\nAdd negative-path unit tests across test suite: node id helpers/allocator, node table generator, Teddy convert/graph/iterator, DOT/Mermaid schema validators, and various expression/parser helpers. Document and guard unsafe evaluations to avoid crashes.
