Fix Windows test failures: handle mixed line endings in YAML error messages

goccy/go-yaml uses \n for error message formatting but preserves
original line endings from YAML file content. On Windows with
core.autocrlf=true, this results in mixed line endings:
- Error template: \n
- Embedded YAML source: \r\n

Updated test assertions to expect this exact behavior on Windows.
