Update test structure and upgrade project dependencies

- Remove internal/tests package and use testify/require in tests
- Update github.com/stretchr/testify to v1.11.1 in go.mod/go.sum
- Update github.com/yyle88/zaplog to v0.0.27 and mutexmap to v1.0.15
- Fix Makefile rm command to check DIR existence before deletion
- Update README.zh.md English link text to uppercase format
- Enhance GitHub Actions workflow with Go 1.24.x and stable version support

- Enable Go module cache in setup-go actions
