Fix Windows file locking in compressLogFile (#65)

Close source file explicitly before deletion to prevent 'file is being used' errors on Windows. On Windows, open files cannot be deleted. The deferred srcFile.Close() doesn't execute until function return, but deletion happens before that.

Fixes file locking issue where compressed rotation leaves both .gz and original files on disk on Windows.
