fix(component editor): ensure list_key values are saved, not list_show display values

When extracting component data from GUI widgets, PairTupleCombobox.get()
was returning display values (list_show) instead of internal keys (list_key),
corrupting saved configurations. Now properly calls get_selected_key() for
comboboxes. Also add fallback handling in PairTupleCombobox for corrupted
data recovery with diagnostic warnings.

Fixes user exception when loading components with display values stored.
