chore: auto-reconcile containers state with astarte  (#1038)

Backend features:
- gather deployment information without manually query the database for the correct resource representing the information.
- fetch the device mapping presence directly from astarte
- Edgehog automatically polls astarte after some pre-defined timeout on connected devices to poll the astarte state of container-related interfaces. This allows to better display the state of the device as astarte knows it.

Fixes:
- Deleting a deployment created with an upgrade action crashed, due to a missing cascade deletion of the associated upgrade action.
- If one trigger installation failed, all the others subsequently failed. This happened because of a `no_match` error. By installing each trigger asynchronously if one task fails the others are not affected
