feat(engine-core): ✨ Feat: Add options for diffing by hashes and extension

The underpost diff command now accepts two new options:

--hashes <hashes>: Specify a comma-separated list of 1 or 2 commit hashes to use for the diff operation.

--extension <extension>: Filter the files in the diff by a specific file extension.

This allows users to easily generate git diff commands between specific commits or filter diff output by file type.

Changes:

Add --hashes and --extension options to src/cli/index.js.

Implement logic in src/cli/repository.js to construct and output the git diff command when --diff and --hashes are provided, including support for optional extension filtering.
