fix(engine-core): 🐛 Fix: Adjust volume mount path template in deploy.js and remove unused manifests/ dir creation in run.js

In src/cli/deploy.js:

Corrected the template literal for mountPath within the volumeMountPath variable to ensure proper variable interpolation in the output YAML.

In src/cli/run.js:

Removed a line attempting to create an unnecessary manifests/ directory inside options.underpostRoot during kubectl apply, simplifying the run process.
