Fix: Remove createdAt from getPubUsers query to fix test failure

The createdAt field was added in the recent performance optimization
but doesn't exist in the test database (timestamps are disabled for
SQLite tests). This field is not used by the frontend or any backend
code.

Root cause: db.js:14 has timestamps:false for test mode, so createdAt
column doesn't exist in SQLite, but the query was requesting it.

Impact: None - field was never displayed or used
Tests: All 38 tests now pass on CircleCI
