Use lowercase verb in toast for incident update reason, like "#123 triggered" instead of "#123 Triggered" because the third line of text shouldn't be in title case. Update toast screenshot in readme with next text layout. Unfuck runtime dependency conflict resolution when launching on a runtime that is newer than the bundled libraries like Microsoft.Extensions.Hosting, which mysteriously causes a FileNotFoundException if the runtime provides newer versions of those assemblies AND the program is published into a single file. Extracted logic that determines the subdomain of the PagerDuty account based on a webhook request body from this project into the PagerDuty library, because it was being used in multiple places and could be useful to others.
