fix: Apply time interval filter to tag detail view

When clicking on a tag in the web dashboard, the task descriptions shown now
respect the currently selected time interval (period, custom date range, or limit).

Changes:
- Modified tag_detail handler to accept and apply DashboardParams (period, from, to, limit)
- Updated dashboard.html to dynamically update tag links with current filter parameters
- Added updateTagLinksWithFilters() function that runs after HTMX swaps the content
- Added tests for tag_detail with period and custom date range filters
