feat(engine-core): ✨ feat: Configure Grafana for sub-path hosting and improve cluster CLI

This commit implements changes to support hosting Grafana under a sub-path (/grafana) and updates the cluster management CLI.

The grafana/deployment.yaml is configured with GF_SERVER_ROOT_URL: /grafana and GF_SERVER_SERVE_FROM_SUB_PATH: true to enable sub-path routing.

Cluster creation logic in src/cli/cluster.js is updated:

The --hosts option is now directly used to determine the GF_SERVER_ROOT_URL in the Grafana deployment YAML, bypassing the need for kustomization.yaml resource inclusion (which was removed).

The cluster command in src/cli/run.js now explicitly passes the host via the new --hosts option.

The --hosts option is added to the main CLI in src/cli/index.js.
