Add property status workflow with preparing/ready states

Implement multi-stage property assessment workflow:

Dashboard changes:
- Remove delete button from property cards
- Add status badges (preparing/ready) with color coding
- Display email notification message for pending assessments
- Make property cards clickable to view details
- Add CSS styling for status indicators

Database:
- Add status field with default 'preparing' value
- Existing created_at timestamp tracks processing time

New property detail page:
- Display property address, location, and status
- Show 6 data metrics (assessed value, tax, beds, baths, sqft, savings)
- Data hidden with "--" while preparing, shown when ready
- Download report button ($49) disabled until ready
- Back button to dashboard

User flow: Add property → Status: preparing → Email notification → Status: ready → Download report
