Add test for androidx/activity/result/a$a and support null in annotations

Added test case for androidx/activity/result/a$a class which revealed
that the smali parser didn't support null literal values in annotation
elements. Fixed by adding support for 'null' keyword in annotation
element values, converting it to an actual null value rather than the
string "null".

Fixes #82
