fix: Update Storybook stories to use Meta type annotation instead of satisfies

This fixes TypeScript errors in Storybook v10 stories by:
- Changing from 'satisfies Meta<T>' to 'const meta: Meta<T> = {}'
- Changing from 'StoryObj<typeof meta>' to 'StoryObj<T>'
- Removing Profile List Item stories from Components.stories.ts to avoid multiple meta exports
- Removing problematic nested argTypes that TypeScript doesn't support

All 413 tests continue to pass.
