QTempGaussMC: improve clarity and settings completion (#196)

- Add support for passing settings at instantiation:
  Current:
  ```python
  clip = (
      QTempGaussMC(clip, QTempGaussMC.InputType.REPAIR)
      .basic(mask_args={"ml": 12.0})
      .deinterlace()
  )
  ```
  New:
  ```python
clip = QTempGaussMC(clip, QTempGaussMC.InputType.REPAIR,
basic_mask_args={"ml": 12.0}).deinterlace()
  ```
  Backward compatible.

- Add TypedDict helpers for completion
- Technically fix

in rares (none) cases where if you would call the basic method a second
time after calling `source_match`, the match bobber would still be the
same as the first basic bobber one.
- Add more docstring and useful ressources
