* Fix mypy type issues and restore parsetab.py

- Fixed type incompatibility in views.py by using explicit list type annotation and avoiding queryset assignment
- Fixed type issues in test_workflow.py by using bytes instead of decoded strings for assertions
- Restored parsetab.py file (needed for read-only file systems)
- Removed parsetab.py from .gitignore
- All mypy checks pass with yarn mypy .
- All tests pass (26/26)

* Remove trailing commas and format code with yarn format

- Manually removed trailing commas from function calls in views.py and test_workflow.py
- Ran yarn format (prettier + yapf + markdownlint)
- All tests pass (26/26)
- Mypy checks pass
- Ruff linting passes

* Add skiptoken to dictionary and restore parsetab.py to master state

- Added 'skiptoken' to .vscode/dictionary.txt in alphabetical order
- Restored minchoc/parsetab.py to exact state from master (ae7ee3d)
- All tests pass (26/26)
