Batch importing of RO-Crates

We can now import all the RO-Crates from RO-Hub.

Details:
- RoHub is often very slow, more that 10s to get the ro-crate-metadata.json is normal.
- We use 1 Nanopublication per 1 RO-Crate's index file. if more than 1000 triples are in a ro-crate-metadata.json (that happens) we ignore it.
- We created an entity or bot-id "RO-Crate Bot" (https://w3id.org/kpxl/gen/terms/RoCrateBot), who signs our batch impoted RoCrateNanopubs (http://purl.org/nanopub/x/RoCrateNanopub)
- Invalid RO-Crates are not published to the Nanopub network.
