PR #766: Small Dashboard Features (squashed)

* feat(dashboard): Escape focus with `q` in Peers screen

The key press event `q` was not being handled. On all other screens, it has the
same effect as `Esc`. After this commit the same is true for the Peers screen.

* feat(dashboard): Enable PgUp/PgDn for Peers screen

* refactor(dashboard): Integrate reviewer feedback
