fix: reliable manual job execution with race-free confirmation

capture job URL when Run button is clicked and issue POST directly from confirm handler, independent of button DOM lifecycle

changes:
- confirm handler captures hx-post URL from triggering element
- after confirmation, issues htmx.ajax() directly with captured URL
- prevents race condition where auto-refresh destroys button mid-confirmation
- removed hx-indicator attributes causing console errors
- removed orphaned spinner elements (dead markup)
- changed hx-confirm quotes from double to single for proper command escaping
- persist jobs immediately after completion/failure events for database consistency
- bundle htmx locally instead of CDN (50KB embedded in binary)
