refactor(demo): revert to multi-alias pattern and add dynamic asset aliasing

- Revert to original multi-alias pattern: @game, @game-module, @game-demo
- Add assetsDir option to generateViteConfig for dynamic asset aliasing
- Generate @assets/<filename> aliases for all files in assets directory
- Remove DemoFileSystemLoader infrastructure (no longer needed)
- Remove fileSystemLoader from GameModuleContext and GameStateContext
- DemoLoader no longer takes fileSystemLoader parameter
- Update all imports to use restored aliases

BREAKING CHANGE: DemoLoader constructor no longer accepts fileSystemLoader
parameter. Asset loading now uses Vite aliases via @assets/* imports.
