feat(cli): add file size tracking and smart compression to compress command

- Display input/output file sizes and savings percentage for each file
- Automatically keep original file when compression makes it larger
- Add formatFileSize and formatSavings utility functions
- Document shell glob expansion issue in README
- Update tests for new behavior

When compressed output is larger than input, the tool now:
- Deletes the compressed version
- Copies the original to output directory
- Shows attempted size with message: "X KB → Y KB (-Z% saved, keeping original)"
