fix: send original template command to event handlers

When jobs with template variables are executed, the event handlers now receive
the original template command (e.g., "echo {{.YYYYMMDD}}") instead of the
expanded version (e.g., "echo 20251109"). This fixes job identification in
the web UI where job IDs are calculated from the original command.

Also adds confirmation dialog to Run button in list view (grid mode already had it).
