refactor: Make NewDNSMetrics generic

The `NewDNSMetrics` function signature was updated to use
generic types `[K comparable, V any]` for the input cache.

This decouples the metrics package from specific cache content
types, improving flexibility and allowing the function to accept
any `cache.Cache` implementation.

The unused import of `github.com/miekg/dns` was also removed.
