community catalog: add icon and description (#3834)

Add the KubeVirt logo as an SVG image file images/icon.svg

Add the new --icon" flag to the csv-merger tool, to get the icon as
base64 string, in SVG format.

Add the icon and the description to the FBC catalog, so the catalog.json
file will contain:
